Telephone and Absentee Bidder Registration

Register to place bids on this beautiful canoe donated by Normubega Chapter without being present.

Registration for Telephone and Absentee bidders will open Saturday, June 27, 2026 and closes Tuesday, July 14, 2026. Registration for in-person bidding will take place at Assembly.

The auction will take place Saturday, July 18 at 2pm. The canoe will sell sometime between 2pm and 4pm.

Maximum bid

Please tell us how you prefer to bid, and in the case of an Absentee Bidder, please tell us your maximum bid amount.

Terms & conditions

• By submitting this form you agree that all bids placed on your behalf are binding.

• Telephone bidders must be available to call a member of our team at the assigned time during the actual auction. Failure to call on time will mean your bids will not be placed.

• Payment is due at the close of the auction and can be made by cash, check, credit card, Venmo or Paypal. All proceeds benefit our charity.

• On the basis that the winning bid exceeds the Reserve Price, the buyer has agreed to purchase the Canoe and must complete the transaction.

• The winning bidder must arrange for the Canoe to be collected from the Assembly on Saturday (July 18, 2026) afternoon either in person or by an appointed representative.

• The WCHA is not responsible for shipping or any associated costs.

• The Reserve Price must be met for the auction to continue.
