I do not know the manufacturer however the bracket is adjustable so the assembly would likely fit a number of makes and models. There is a chip and cracks in bottom edge of one board and cracks in the bottom edge of the other (see detail in photo.) Similar but not identical boards are shown in attached photo of a vintage Old Town canoe.
