18’ long, 45” wide. Old Church Boat. From Woods Inn Inlet. Ben and Ira Parsons were renowned guideboat builders in Old Forge, New York, active in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Their boats were celebrated for their craftsmanship, reflecting the Arts and Crafts movement’s emphasis on handmade quality over industrial production.
