I completed this meticulously handmade cedar strip canoe in 2015.
I keep it stored in my garage. This 16’ 1” Newfound Woodworks cedar strip and fiberglass canoe is fairly beamy with large capacity and good stability, similar to the traditional “Prospector” design. It includes a pair of Cordura seat backs and two matching ultra lightweight Bending Branches wood paddles.
