1967 Old Town 15ft Light

Restoration Completed – 4/18/2024

Very solid and beautiful 15ft light canoe with a unique paint scheme - brown to waterline and straw to gunwales. Build sheet color was Brown but very drab as brown (my opinion).

Restoration included removal of old canvas, sand inner hull, install new canvas, 4 coats of TotalBoat Gleam 2.0 varnish on inner hull; Kirby primer followed by 4 coats of Kirby marine enamel paint (both brown on bottom and straw on top) and copper outer stem guards to replace the aluminum ones.
